When a customer goes quiet, know who to call
The next-of-kin and inactivity API for banks, mortgage lenders, fintechs and insurers.
Run pre-dormancy quiet-period clocks, reach the next of kin your customers named and keep the record, with one integration. For teams working under CBN, PenCom and SEC rules.

Built for
Banks, mortgage lenders, fintechs, insurers, pension administrators and registrars.
Information, not money.
Every disclosure reviewed by a person.
The problem
Quiet accounts become a record you cannot explain.
Customers die or move on without telling anyone. Accounts go dormant, heirs turn up with no paperwork, and regulators expect a record.
In Nigeria, funds dormant for 10 years or more move to the CBN Unclaimed Balances Trust Fund, and the 12 March 2026 circular requires institutions to publish dormant-account lists.

Who it is for
Three sectors, three versions of the same problem.
Banks, fintechs and mortgage lenders
The problem. The CBN expects institutions to track silent accounts and publish dormant-account lists. Chasing customers by hand is slow and expensive.
The fix. A quiet-period clock, signed webhooks and reviewed outreach before an account goes dormant.
Banks, fintechs and mortgage lenders →Pension administrators
The problem. PenCom data recapture asks RSA holders to update their records, and stale next-of-kin details make benefit claims harder to process.
The fix. Check-ins that prompt contributors to confirm or update who their next of kin is.
Registrars and pensions →Insurers and registrars
The problem. The SEC launched a campaign in July 2026 to recover about ₦270 billion in unclaimed dividends, and policy benefits go unpaid when no beneficiary can be reached.
The fix. A consented register of beneficiary contacts that stays current.

How it works
Four steps from first signal to a reviewed handover.
Customers name their next of kin when they sign up. Everything after that runs from the signals you already hold.
Signal in: your system sends activity such as logins and statement views.
The clock runs on quiet-period rules you set.
Check-in under your name, then escalation to next of kin.
Signed webhook out. A person reviews before anything is disclosed.
One integration
You connect once. Entrustt runs the rest.
Your product sends signals in and receives signed webhooks out. The register, the clock and the review sit behind one API.

What you get
A next-of-kin register and inactivity API, in one integration.
Next-of-kin register
Customers name the people to tell and list what they hold. You keep the relationship, Entrustt keeps the register.
Inactivity checks
Entrustt runs the clock, the check-in, the grace period and the escalation, using rules you set.
Reviewed disclosure
A person reviews the documents. Next of kin receive information only. Money moves through your normal estate process.
Audit and dormant-account reports
Every step is logged. Export a dormant-account report for your compliance team.
For developers
A signed webhook, in full.
Every event carries a timestamp and a signature. Verify it with your secret. Ignore an event ID you have already processed.

Pick the page that fits your team.
Built so that no single party can open a vault.
- Information only. Entrustt stores next-of-kin contacts and consent records. It does not hold, move or process customer funds.
- A person reviews. Nothing is disclosed automatically. A reviewer checks the documents first.
- Data protection. Processor terms are written around the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. The security page shows the status of each control.
Questions
What teams ask first.
Does Entrustt hold or move money?
No. Entrustt gives information to named next of kin. Money moves through your normal estate process.
Who decides when something is disclosed?
A person reviews the documents before anything is shared. The timing rules are ones you set.
Do our customers need a new app?
No. Customers hear from you, under your name. Insurers, registrars and pension administrators can upload records to a dashboard, and people do not need an account.
What do we need to provide?
The activity signals you already hold, a way for customers to name next of kin, and a point of contact on your team.
What is a next-of-kin register API?
A service your product calls to record the people a customer has named to be contacted, with the consent behind each name. Entrustt keeps that register, watches for customers who go quiet, and returns a signed webhook at each step.
Can insurers and pension administrators use it too?
Yes. Banks, fintechs, insurers, pension administrators and registrars all have customers who go quiet. Each page on this site explains the workflow for that kind of institution.
Which regulations is it built around?
Entrustt is built for teams working under CBN dormant-account rules, PenCom data recapture and SEC unclaimed-dividend rules, with processor terms written around the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. It supports your process. It does not make an institution compliant.
Where is our data hosted?
The hosting region is agreed with each client in the order form and the data processing agreement. If you need your data kept in a particular country, say so during scoping. Subprocessors are listed on the subprocessors page.
How is it priced?
Pricing is set per partner after a scoping call. It starts with a paid pilot, credited against the platform fee if you continue.
