How we contact people
Entrustt sends messages on behalf of banks, fintechs, insurers, pension administrators and registrars. If you got one, this page helps you check it is real.
What a real message looks like
- It names the institution that holds your account or records, because we write under their name.
- It asks you to confirm your details or to say you are still there. It never asks you to send money.
- It does not ask for your PIN, password or full card number.
If you are not sure
Do not reply with personal details. Contact the institution yourself using the phone number or website you already know, and ask whether they sent it.
